This memorial is dedicated to the staff and trainees who have served at RAAF Base Wagga.

After World War II RAAF Base Wagga developed into the major ground training base for the RAAF.

The dedication and professionalism of the staff over the years have produced outstanding airmen and airwomen who have features significantly in all areas of operations since the end of World War II

Navy and Army personnel as well as members of neighbouring nations have also trained at RAAF Base Wagga.

This memorial was erected by AirCare Benevolent Association of Australia Inc.

4 March 2007.
