The plaque commemorates members who were enlisted in any Service during times of conflict from World War One to the present day.  The plaque was unveiled during the ANZAC Centenary year. 

In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of ANZAC Day, the Macksville Scotts Head Surf Life Saving Club has commissioned a memorial plaque listing the names of members who were enlisted in any service during times of conflict from World War I to the present.
