The Memorial Hall and School of Arts commemorates those who served in World War One. 

Captain Arnold Wienholt, M.H.R., performed the ceremony of opening the new School of Arts and memorial hall on Saturday.The building replaces the School of Arts which was destroyed by fire in February, 1920. During the evening Captain Wienholt also unveiled the two machine guns, comprising Kalbar's quota of war trophies. Mr. E. T. Bell, M.L.A., also spoke.
