Armidale District Memorial EntrancePrint Page 
The entrance commemorates those from the Armidale District who served in World War One and World War Two. They replace the original memorial gates, established in 1923, that were demolished on 29 April 1962 by an army truck.
The entrance was rededicated in 1966 and includes a plaque in memory of those from the district who served in World War One.
