The Forestville Memorial Hall commemorates those who have served in conflicts in which Australia has been involved. A plaque at the site commemorates the original Soldiers Memorial Hall which stood at the site from 1920 to 1962.
Forestville was formerly known as French`s Forest Soldier Settlement.
