Shire of Hinchinbrook Honour RollPrint Page Print this page

The honour roll commemorates those who served in World War One, World War Two and the Korean War. It is a wooden and pressed copper honour roll, displaying 286 small brass name plaques.

It originally contained the names of those who served in World War One. Additional names were added to commemorate those who served in World War Two and Korea.

Hinchinbrook Shire Council has received all the additional name plates of servicemen in the Second World War and the Korean War. It will be able to make the honour board complete.
