The bowling club commemorates those who have served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.

MAREEBA, May 13.-The Mareeba Memorial Bowling Club committee met on Monday with Mr. F. Hall presiding. The proposed new bowling green was discussed and Mr. Hall stated that in the near future the green should be ready for bowling. The rule and subscriptions were left in abeyance until the next meeting on Monday, May 22.
