The wooden honour roll commemorates those from Scotts Creek and Longwood who served in World War One.  It was found in a shed and restored by Artlab Australia with grant funding. The roll contains 45 names.

Another Scott`s Creek and Longwood Honour Roll containing 37 names, some of whom are duplicated on this roll, is also located in the Scott Creek Memorial Hall.
