St Martin`s Memorial Pathway & Garden Print Page

Photographs supplied by Bryan Cole
The walkway and garden commemorate local soldiers who served in World War One. It is a memorial to the 92 who served and the 14 who paid the Supreme Sacrifice.
It consists of a rose garden with plaques naming the major battle areas. A metal book on a plaque names the local diggers and records their stories.
Funding of $30000 was received through the ANZAC Centenary Grants Program to construct the memorial.
