The Illuminated Addresses commemorate eight soldiers who were killed in action or died in service at Gallipoli during World War One.  They were :

Alfred Burrows:    KIA Gallipoli, April 29, 1915
Octavius Jones:   DOW Gallipoli, May 12, 1915
Eric Smith:           KIA Gallipoli, December 17, 1915
Daniel Lock:         KIA  Gallipoli, August 27, 1915
Charles Gibson:   KIA Gallipoli, 7 August, 1915
Edward Baker:      KIA Galipoli, June 6th 1915
George Baker:      KIA Gallipoli April 25, 1915
Tom Higgins:         KIA Gallipoli April 26, 1915

The addresses were commissioned by the Manilla RSL sub-Branch for the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli landing by the ANZACs in 2015. They were made by local Manilla artist Ms Di Nichol.
