St Lawrence State School Remembrance MemorialPrint Page Print this page

The Remembrance Memorial commemorates those who served in World War One. The memorial is a wall made from reinforced concrete able to stand cyclonic winds. The memorial features the Australian Military Forces Insignia and is flanked on both sides by soldier silhouettes. One is standing with head bowed and the other is bugler playing The Last Post.

Funding of $9955 was received in 2018 through the Armistice Centenary Grants Program for the installation of the wall.
