The honour roll commemorates those connected with the church who served in World War One.
At St. Augustine's Church of England, Unley, last night, Mr. W. Dollman (State president of the Returned Sailors and Soldiers' Imperial League) unveiled a roll of honor inscribed with the names of 152 men and women of the church who enlisted for service in the war. Twenty-eight of these made the supreme sacrifice. About 1,000 persons were present. The service was conducted by Rev. H. Wallace Bird (rector), assisted by Rev. E. A. Burden. Mr. Bird dedicated the roll.
