The framed paper roll of honour commemorates 314 people from Latrobe who served in World War One.
It contains a list of those who returned from the conflict, those who died in service or were killed in action, and the nurses.
Note : the “Tasmanian War Memorials Data Base” , compiled by Fred Thornett which is located at the State Library of Tasmania, contains a comprehensive listing of the names on this honour roll.
