The plaque at the Manly Seniors Centre commemorates the 60th anniversary of the Rotary Club of Manly.

The Rotary Club with the assistance of the Apex Club financed and built the centre in 1958.

The Senior Citizens Centre was funded and built by
The Rotary Club of Manly
with the assistance of
Manly Apex Club
and donated to Council
for the people of Manly in 1958. 
The building was extended by Council
with government funding in 1981.  
This plaque was placed here in 1997 to celebrate
the 60th anniversary of the Rotary Club of Manly.
