Karuah Foreshore Facility
This foreshore facility has been a vision of the Karuah community for more than four decades.
With the assistance, leadership and drive of the Karuah Progress Association the vision is now before us as the Karuah public wharf, river pool & cycleway.
1997 Community consultation
1998 Final plans developed
1999 Construction commenced
2000 The vision becomes a reality
This plaque is to acknowledge the people of Karuah, Karuah Progress Association and Precinct 10 for contributions toward the achievement of this magnificent foreshore facility.
