This monument was designed and erected by the Indented Head / St. Leonards Foreshoe Committee of Management in recognition of the paddle steamer "Ozone".

This monument to the "Ozone" hulk was unveiled by Mr. Alfred Pane a son of an original owner on Saturday, 14th January, 1995
