Declan`s PlacePrint Page
Plaque on park bench pays tribute to the Machans Beach community for their support and kindness during the disappearnce of Declan Crouch. The bench and plaque were placed by Declan's family in his memory.
Declan disappeared in March 2011, uniting the Cairns community in the hope the 13-year-old would be found alive. He was found dead near his Machans Beach home in June after taking his own life.
A tree was also planted in Declan's honour on The Esplanade in Cairns.
