The vestry was dedicated as a memorial to the founders of St Paul`s Anglican Church. The foundation stone of the church was laid on the 4th October 1865 by the Archdeacon of Castlemaine.

Note: On October 2015 St Paul’s Carisbrook was deconsecrated as a place of worship, and then two weeks later put up for sale (selling in December 2016). It had been an Anglican church for 149 years, serving the Carisbrook community.

This vestry was dedicated by Allen, 2nd Bishop of St. Arnaud October 22nd. 1972 as a memorial to the founders of the  Church and was built by present members of St. Paul`s Carisbrook.
