The Pond of Remembrance is dedicated to the members of the Australian Federal Police who have been killed in the line of duty or died as a result of their duties.
AFP Commissioner Reece Kershaw officially opened the Pool of Remembrance today at the AFP College on the anniversary of the death of Peace Officer 1st Class Frederick James Bannear – first AFP officer killed in the line of duty.

POLICE
The Pond of Remembrance is dedicated to the members of
the Australian Federal Police and its predecessors who
have been killed in the line of duty or died as a result of
their duties. The pond is also a place to reflect and
remember those members who have died in-service.
