Shire Of Narrabri On 5 September 1983,
To Commemorate The Proclamation Of The
Borough Of Narrabri On 5 September 1883,
And To Identify The Site Of The School Of Arts
Building Where The Inaugural Meeting
Of The Council Of The Borough Of Narrabri Was Held.
