WAS PLANTED ON 17TH NOVEMBER, 1979, BY THE
CHAIRMAN OF THE HINCHINBROOK SHIRE COUNCIL,
COUNCILLOR S. CAVALLARO, TO COMMEMORATE
100 YEARS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN THE SHIRE.
