The Plaque & corner in the Claremont RSL commemorates the services of Gilbert Stanley Broomfield O.A.M. to the Returned Services League. Gilbert Broomfield was awarded an O.A.M. in 1979 for service to the community and to the welfare of ex-service men and women.
