A memorial sandstone sundial and pedestal with a bronze plaque attached, commemorates A.E.Millard, former honorary secretary of the Riversdale Golf Club.
A memorial to the late Mr. Arthur Millard was unveiled on Saturday at Riversdale by the President, Mr.C.M. Newman. For years honorary treasurer and also honorary horticulturist to the club, Mr Millard was perhaps the most popular official the club ever had. The memorial is an artistically designed sundial placed in the terraced garden on the north side of the club house. It bears a copper plate with a simple inscription "Erected in memory of our late esteemed member, A.E. Millard."
