Was A Businessman In Murtoa
And Was Well-Known Throughout The Wimmera.

He Was Secretary Of The Murtoa Fire Brigade, 1910 to 1928, And Foundation Secretary Of The Local Bush Fire Brigade, As Well As Secretary Of The Murtoa Branch Of The Australian Natives Association From 1920 To 1967.
