 The brass plaque commemorates Sergeant Frank Crockett of the 28th Battalion who was killed in action in France in October 1918 during World War One. The tablet was formerly located in St Hugh`s Anglican Church. Jolimont. 
On Sunday next, at St. Hugh's, Jolimont, during evensong His Grace the Archbishop of Perth will dedicate various gifts presented to the Church, also a brass memorial tablet to the memory of Sergt. Frank Edward Crockett (late of 28th Battalion).
