The plaque commemorates Flight Lieutenant Lawrence Kirk and Telegraphist Arthur Kleinig, members of the church who died in World War Two. The plaque also commemorates those from the church who served in World War Two.
Flight Lieutenant Lawrence Kirk was accidentally killed on 15 September 1945 in Borneo.
Telegraphist Arthur Kleinig was killed in action on 20 November 1941 during the sinking of H. M. A. S. Sydney (II).
