The plaque commemorates Sergeant Colin Hanna and Pilot Officer Eldred Quinn who were killed in action in World War Two.
Sergeant Colin Hanna was serving in Stirling R9356 with 214 Squadron Royal Air Force, when he was killed in north-west Europe on the 19th September 1942.
Pilot Officer Eldred Quinn was serving with 80 Squadron Royal Australian Air Force when he was killed in Borneo, when his Kittyhawk, A29-1161, was hit by ground fire on the 9th August 1945.
