The plaque commemorates Squadron Leader the Reverend Helen Dinsmore (1954 - 2004).

Helen Dinsmore died of a heart attack whilst at prayer in the Warriors` Chapel on 30 June 2004.   Helen had served in the Royal Australian Air Force for nineteen years and was in training to become a Defence Force Chaplain. She was ordained Deacon at All Saints` Cathedral, Bathurst on 6th December 2003.

Born in Sydney, NSW on 12th December, 1954.  
Died here in the Warrior's Chapel on 30th June, 2004.
