The window donated by the Baptist Union commemorates Reverend Dr Thomas Porter and his wife. The window was unveiled at the opening of the church on the 23rd February 1929. 

Dr Porter was a medical practitioner who left a successful practice in the United States of America to enter the ministry. He came to Australia and worked in Ballarat, Victoria when he accepted a call to the Petersham Baptist Church in New South Wales. He was a Minister for sixty years and was President of the Baptist Union of New South Wales in 1899-1901.
