The memorial to Reverend Hopkins wife, Susanna Hopkinswas erected by parishioners in the Western Cemetery.
Susanna Hopkins died in 1864 at the age of 30. Reverend Hopkins was Minister of the Parish from 1860 to 1870.
The grave is still maintained by All Saints Church, Newtown.
