The plaque commemorates Claire Anne Pfoeffer, a lifetime member of St Bartholomew`s Church and Christ Church Blacktown, who had contributed and helped the community during her lifetime.
It was unveiled in St Bartholomews church by the Mayor Of Blacktown, Councillor Alan Pendleton in 2011.
