A plaque commemorates former Queensland Rugby League State of Origin manager Dick "Tosser" Turner who managed the Queensland State of Origin team (the "Maroons") from 1982 to 1996.
He carried the name "Tosser" since primary school and he guided more than 160 Queensland players through two decades of Origin football.
