Firetruck carries dedication plaque in honour of Jeff Penfold.
Jeffrey Penfold was fatally injured while fighting a fire which started in a large forklift at Smith Brothers container terminal on the night of 23 August 2001at the Port of Brisbane. He was struck by debris after one of the forklift tyres exploded and ricocheted off a shipping container, and died in hospital the next day.
