The Twenty Five Mile Well

This well was restored by the Meekatharra Lions Club as a memorial to the many drovers who used the northern stock  routes during the years from the first settlers to the coming of the road trains.

Wells like this were the lifeblood of livestock and drovers alike.

Dedicated on Sunday July 4th 1976
