Centenary of William R. Randell LockPrint Page 
The plaque commemorates the centenary of the original laying of the foundation stone of the William R. Randell Lock. The plaque is located on a replica of the original stone which was laid in 1915.
The lock was named after William Randell who was a pioneer of river navigation in the 1800s.
