This Church erected in honour of the Assumption of B. V. M. 

And to the memory of the members of the forces from Dulacca and District who fought in World Wars I and II was nlessed &  opened 11th Nov. 1951 by Most Rev. J. B. Roper D.D.  Bishop of Toowoomba.
