ANZAC Place

ANZAC Place was built to commemorate the fallen of WWI and WWII.

The original park construction was funded by the Redcliffe sub-branch of the Returned Servicemen`s League in 1969.

It features a cairn honouring the fallen of both World Wars.

A later cairn was added commemorating the women who served in WWII.

The ANZAC Day dawn service is held in this park
