The plaques from the former Eugowra Memorial Hospital commemorate those who died in service or were killed in action in World War One and World War Two.

The hospital was opened on the 8th June 1948 and the name "memorial" was chosen to pay tribute to the men of Eugowra who died in service or were killed in action in World War Two and whose names are listed on a marble tablet.

Memorial gates were unveiled at the entrance to the hospital on ANZAC Day 1952 to commemrate those who died in service or were killed in action in both World Wars. 

The plaques are located Eugowra Memorial Multi - Purpose Service.
