The school gates commemorate former students who died in service or were killed in action during World Wars One and Two.
The gates were originally unveiled at Haslem Street Primary School which is now merged with Kyabram P-12 College. Additional plaques have been added to the gates to commemorate later conflicts.
KYABRAM, Friday. The Premier (Mr. McDonald) officially opened the £500 memorial gates at Kyabram school in memory of ex-students killed in two world wars. Mr. McDonald was later accorded a civic dinner.
