Australian Light Horse Memorial Park : 22-October-2011
Photographs supplied by Graeme Saunders / Sandra Brown
The Australian Light Horse Memorial Park was formerly known as Site 17, which was used by the military for training purposes. There are historical structures and remnants of the military use through the bushland reserve, most significant are perhaps the water troughs to be found at the end of Light Horse Drive in the industrial estate.
There are a number of plaques to various military units within the Park.
