The monument commemorates the 1st Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment members who lost their lives whilst serving in Korea, Vietnam, Somalia and Afghanistan.
It is a grey granite truncated pyramid on a concrete plinth which is surmounted by a metal casting of an infantryman of the Korean War.
