"Australia Remembers, 1945-1995" was a program of activities organised by the Federal Government to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the end of World War Two.

This stone commemorates Victory in the Pacific by the Allied Forces on August 15th 1945, it is dedicated to the people of the Albion Park District in appreciation of their efforts in resolving the conflict by the Albion Park R. S. L. Sub Branch, N. T. Harrision, President
