This plaque commemorates the development of Storm Bay as a Rotary Park.  

Constructed by the Rotary Club of Kiama.

This Community Service Project was initiated by past President Allan Norman 1968 - 69

Officially opened by District Governor Ron G. Pate Rotary International District 275 on 28th June, 1970
