This garden is dedicated to all the gardeners of Toowoomba for their contribution to the beauty and livability of this city.
Their passion for gardening has made Toowoomba "the Garden City" and has ensured the continuing success of Toowoomba`s Carnival of Flowers.
Dedicated by Toowoomba City Council on Sunday, 12th September 1999 for the 50th anniversary of the Carnival of Flowers.
