This entrance statement was constructed by the Government of South Australia with support for the City of Mitcham and was officially opened on Sunday 22 August 2021, by the Hon Steven Marshall MP, Premier of South Australia, and the Hon Corey Wingard MP, Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the first land sales in Colonel Light Gardens.
