This plaque was placed by the `community` and the `District Council of Peterborough`.
To honour the pioneers and families who rest in these grounds.
To recognise their role in the building of a society in these often harsh regions.
- Their commitment to the betterment of all -
- The thanksgiving they celebrated -
- The hardships, sadness and loss often suffered -
- The smile they always found -
