Jumbo`s Jetty was erected in memory of Bryan Kelsey who was a member of the Robe & District Lions Club member from 1982 to 1992 who was instrumental in getting the original landing built. 

Bryan was affectionately known as Jumbo. Originally known as Jumbo`s Landing, as part of the Lions International 100th Anniversary in 2017/2018, the Lions Club underwent a significant extension to the landing and the beautification of the surrounding area.
