The garden commemorate community worker Rae Baldwin.
Mrs Baldwin, among a wide range of community involvements and commitments, was one of the founding members of the Bakers Creek Progress Association and manager of the Bakers Creek Community Hall from 1982 until she died from cancer on November 24, 2007.
