The Disabled Access and plaque at Geelong City Hall commemorates Councillor Roy Fidge.
Councillor Roy Fidge was a member of the Geelong Council for over 35 years and Mayor on 6 occasions. He conceived the development of the access ramp in recognition of the international year of the disabled in 1981.
