The park commemorates Denis Morrissey O. A. M., who was the Town Clerk of the City of Campbelltown from 1966 to 1993.
Mr Denis Morrissey OAM, Town Clerk, City of Campbelltown, 1966 to 1993, passed away recently. We would like to acknowledge his immense contribution to the City of Campbelltown, Athelstone CFS, St John's Ambulance, and the broader community. He will be greatly missed.
